Ask for a visiting date and we hold your spot for seven days while the herd keeps grazing in the meadow and you arrange travel. No payment is taken during that window, and your spot stays open until you confirm.
A spot in the herd is yours once the deposit reaches us. The remaining balance falls due thirty days before your visit, or immediately if you book inside that window — this covers feed, hay, and the livestock handling arranged for your group.
Move your visit once, free of charge, up to twenty-one days before the date, to any open day left in the same grazing season. A second change depends on whether another group can take your original spot among the oxen and bulls.
A visit needs a minimum number of guests to run. If the herd group can't be filled we tell you twenty-one days ahead and you choose: another date, another pasture tour, or a full refund.
Comfortable footwear built for uneven ground is a condition of joining — the herd moves on hoofs across real pasture, not pavement. Tell us anything that affects how you walk or what you can safely be near — it changes how a handler plans your visit near the livestock, never whether you are welcome.
Guiding, farm safety gear, hay-barn access, and a full walk across the grazingland listed for the tour. Travel to the farm gate, personal clothing and insurance are not included.
